Tyco Spices Pulverizer consists of 2 stage grining operations i.e. first stage mill for coarse grinding and second stage mill for fin grining. Tyco Spices Puverizer mainly consists of feed hopper, main rotor shaft carrying swing carbide bar hammers and perforated screen, set of sideliner, air blower, cyclone, set of filter bag and air ducting.
The Tyco Pulverisers meet most capacity requirements and lend themselves to a wide degree of adjustment with fineness of the finished products ranging from about 60 mesh to bulk passing through 300 mesh depending to a considerable extent on the particular material being handled.
Tyco have designed a compact and versatile system for weighing and packing of Fines, Lumps, Granules & Powdery material. These systems are manufactured in our Nagpur Works to the highest standards based on technology from a reputed manufacturer from Germany. The various kinds of dosing are specifically adapted to the structure of the bulk product handled. This is how the standard-model series develops.
